  • Overview

    You will be a part of a multi-disciplined consulting team working on a variety of clients and initiatives, delivering high quality research and analysis, client communications and toolkits, creative collateral (in association with our design team), as well as end to end project and account management. Whether leading or supporting on a project, everyone here plays an active role in meeting client needs. Outside of client work you will also get involved in how we shape our business, our team and our ways of working.

    About the Job

    • Be able to keep constant open lines of communications with team members to ensure continued tracking of projects and provide necessary support
    • Can accurately capture meeting notes and translate into succinct summaries
    • Begin to gain understanding of Daggerwing capabitlities and industry theories/practices
    • Support the day-to-day project management process for internal and client projects
    • Coordinate and manage meeting logistics and note taking/outputs
    • Tracking billable hours and help support project leads with client project plans
    • Strives to understand the client environment and challenges
    • Can conduct research and approach work with an analytical lens
    • Support creation and deliverables that meet team and client expectations
    • Support the development of content within a given framework, with directions from senior team members
    • Actively participate in business development opportunities and support the broader team in the proposal process.
    • Be proactive and personable in team settings, provide input to team discussions where applicable and responding to the team needs as well as participating in brainstorms and other creative aspects
    • Ensure work place transparency and continuous exchange of feedback


    • Masters degree in Occupational Psychology/Organisational Design or similar, or MBA
    • 2 years of experience in a related area of consulting
    • Career interest in human-centered consulting
    • Competent written and verbal communication and story telling skills and some experience in facilitating groups
    • Creative problem solving and conceptual thinking skills that can be applied tactically to deliverables or conceptually to strategies and frameworks
    • Competent analytical and research skills and is detailed oriented
    • Project management skills – is able to effectively manage their time and prioritise multiple and sometimes challenging tasks
    • Comfortable with traveling internationally
    • Thrives under pressure in a fast paced and often ambiguous environment
    • Has a positive attitude and a desire to continuously learn
    • Strong work ethic, dedicated and self-motivated and willing to get involved and help
    • Prefers a collaborative team work environment and is comfortable ‘managing up’
    • Interested in client and account management
    • Enjoys a human centred approach
    • Curious, open minded but also a problem solver that is good at listening
