    • Lead the project management process for projects and will review work for quality assurance; ensuring client readiness standards are met
    • Support new business activities under the guidance of senior team members including opportunity identification, proposal development and pitch execution
    • Design workforce communication and engagement strategies and develop content including tactics and key messages
    • Develop change strategies and provide implementation recommendations and support
    • Work with a team to advise senior leaders on how to effectively lead during transformations
    • Develop communication, engagement and change impact measurement strategies and implementation support
    • Develop internal branding and employer value proposition strategies, messages and programs
    • Create and facilitate learning experiences including workshops and strategy sessions at all levels in an organization
    • Undertake primary research and follow up evaluation and analytics IND13


    • Advanced degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Communications, International Management or comparable experience
    • At least three to five years of practical experience in organizational and change management consulting
    • Experience working in a client-oriented, professional services environment with Fortune 500 organizations preferred
    • Knowledge of business fundamentals, corporate strategy and organizational issues
    • Strong written and verbal communication and personal interaction skills
    • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills combined with a creative or visionary mindset
    • Comfort dealing with ambiguity and multi-tasking demands
    • Ability to contribute individually and as a team member
    • Strong work ethic with a commitment to high quality and service excellence
    • Entrepreneurial spirit
    • Position requires travel as needed for project work (generally 20% - 35%)
