  • Overview

    Daggerwing Health is seeking an Account Executive with a passion for patient-centric healthcare! Experience in managing projects within the highly structured and regulated environment of healthcare communications is preferred.

    About the Job

    • Consistent monitoring of active projects including maintaining client status reports, coordinating with Project Management on project timelines, generating meeting notes for clients (Contact Reports) and internal teams, and tracking SOW changes/updates
    • Maintain a complete working knowledge of status and timing for SOW assignments
    • Continuously track category/competitive developments and create competitive activity reports when requested
    • Gain category and brand knowledge through participation in client and research meetings and apply the knowledge to executional activities and client communications
    • Overseeing sourcing and regulatory/medical/legal approval process. This includes:
      • Adhering to training schedule and maintaining awareness of all changes/updates to rules, processes and functionality associated with med/reg/legal review system
      • Following processes to establish jobs within client systems
      • Coordinate across client/agency/other vendor teams to ensure all required steps to meet submission deadlines are met
      • Supporting process of linking/annotating submissions and uploading other required gallery documentation
      • Tracking and ensuring implementation of changes throughout the stages of the review process; liaising with senior account leads and/or client contacts to seek clarification when required
      • Perform proof-reading/QA tasks to ensure accuracy of changes and to adhere to client and agency checklists IND13

    Qualifications

    • BA in marketing or psychology (MA would be an asset)
    • 2-3 years work experience in a healthcare agency, working with highly regulated brands/categories
    • Self-motivated, detail oriented
    • Eager to master the skills necessary for working with the systems/processes associated with regulatory/med/legal regulations
    • Proven ability to manage complex schedules, work well with large teams, juggle priorities, all with a focus on meeting key deadlines within client budgets.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Ability to multi-task in a collaborative environment.
