We have a small, dynamic and youthful team in our Toronto office specifically focused on helping senior-level executives accelerate growth through C-suite alignment, customer journey mapping, organizational design and marketing transformation. Within our holistic framework, we guide our clients to help them make strategic decisions primarily in the area of marketing and sales, while also extending to other core areas of their business (e.g. organizational structure, culture and processes). We identify root causes, facilitate decision-making, create tactical plans, improve processes and recommend how results can be measured. Our experience spans a variety of industries and has included clients such as Samsung, Mercedes-Benz, 3M, HP, Johnson & Johnson, and P&G.
Opportunity & Responsibilities
You will be a part of a multi-disciplined consulting team working on a variety of clients and initiatives. As a Senior Consultant, you will be a key contributor to client strategy and content development on projects, and at times, will also co-lead projects alongside a Managing Consultant, Associate Principal or Principal. Your role will involve being client facing, ensuring client deliverables and expectations are met in a timely fashion by the project team, and managing yourself and junior project team members in coordinating research, analysis, and preparation of client deliverables across our offerings. Daggerwing Group is a horizontal organization – everyone plays an active role in meeting client needs regardless of the task, which means at times you may be driving all elements of a project. Finally, you will be expected to support mentorship and coaching opportunities for the most junior team members and contributing to the company culture. This position can quickly lead to fast progression/heightened leadership opportunities within the company.

Strategy and Content Development
Support projects from concept to development and implementation, including the development of proposals, deliverables, discussion documents and facilitation of brainstorming sessions
Begin to articulate client/project strategy and Daggerwing Group capabilities in written and presentation formats
