We have a small, dynamic and youthful team in our Toronto office specifically focused on helping senior-level executives accelerate growth through C-suite alignment, customer journey mapping, organizational design and marketing transformation. Within our holistic framework, we guide our clients to help them make strategic decisions primarily in the area of marketing and sales, while also extending to other core areas of their business (e.g. organizational structure, culture and processes). We identify root causes, facilitate decision-making, create tactical plans, improve processes and recommend how results can be measured. Our experience spans a variety of industries and has included clients such as Samsung, Mercedes-Benz, 3M, HP, Johnson & Johnson, and P&G.
Opportunity & Responsibilities
You will be a part of a multi-disciplined consulting team working on a variety of clients and initiatives. Daggerwing is a horizontal organization – everyone plays an active role in meeting client needs regardless of the task. As a Consultant, you will have a shared responsibility to deliver superior services to both your client and your team. You may work on more than one project at once. Finally, you will be expected to support coaching opportunities for Associate members of the team and contributing to the company culture.
