    Responsibilities                       



    • Design/conduct organizational and functional assessments, analyze data, produce and present final reports

    • Work collaboratively with a team on projects such as: internal branding and employer value proposition strategies, workforce communications, employee engagement strategies, functional/organizational transformation initiatives, culture change and supporting messages and programs

    • Assist with communication, engagement and change impact measurement strategies and implementation support

    • Help design and participate in workshops and strategy sessions at all levels in an organization

    • Execute the day-to-day project work for multiple clients. Work with your manager to complete client work, and other times you will play a part in design data-gathering instruments (e.g., focus group protocols, interview guidelines and surveys) to meet project objectives.

    Qualifications


    • Advanced degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Communications, International Management or comparable experience

    • Practical experience in organizational effectiveness, change management, internal communications consulting

    • Experience working in a client-oriented, professional services environment with Fortune 500 organizations preferred

    • General knowledge of business fundamentals, corporate strategy and organizational issues

    • Strong written and verbal communication and personal interaction skills

    • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills combined with a creative or visionary mindset

    • Ability to distill complex information into key themes; recognizing nuances in the data and using that data to tell a compelling story for the client

    • Comfort dealing with ambiguity and multi-tasking demands

    • Ability to contribute individually and as a team member

    • Strong work ethic with a commitment to high quality and service excellence

    • Entrepreneurial spirit

    • Project management experience

    • Position requires travel as needed for project work
