  • Overview

    Daggerwing Adapt is seeking an AOR Integration Manager to represent Daggerwing Adapt and manage relationships onsite in the NY office of the AOR for the world’s leading oncology immunotherapy treatment.

    About the Job

    The ideal candidate will have experience in managing the execution of digital and print projects for pharmaceutical brands, primarily targeting health care professionals and consumers. Though projects are kicked off at Daggerwing Adapt in Toronto, this position is ultimately responsible to ensure seamless execution while coordinating involvement between the lead agency and the Adapt team in Toronto.

    • Understand the always moving schedule of activity for projects per tumor type, so that Daggerwing Adapt knows if/when projects with tight deadlines will be assigned
    • Cultivate/enhance relationships with account leads at the AOR, ensuring they are aware of the Studio value propositions
    • Coordinate project activities and act as a liaison between agency’s Project and Account Management and Creative/Editorial departments, and the Adapt team (project management, client services, editorial and production) to ensure:
    1. development of projects within specified timelines
    2. accuracy of projects in accordance with agency operating procedures
    • Track and monitor jobs from start to finish
    • Conduct weekly status meetings with AOR team members
    • Document incoming and outgoing materials from agency to client
    • Communicate vital information to all team members (both agency and Daggerwing Adapt)
    • Distribute status reports to AOR agencies with schedules to team and support staff
    • Coordinate and attend project briefing meetings with agency Account Management and Creative Services
    • Assist with financial quarterly updates
    • Ensure AOR process is adhered to, for both the AOR and Adapt team. Where applicable, propose and implement improvements to the process
    • Work with agency Account Management to effectively manage client expectations and engage in forward-looking project planning
    • Work closely with both AOR and Daggerwing Adapt Project Management to prepare for all medical, legal and regulatory submissions


    • Degree/Diploma in Marketing/Advertising preferred
    • 3-5 years experience in account and/or project management within an agency that creates print and/or digital materials targeting health care professionals, Oncology experience would be an asset
    • Experience in understanding and adhering to strict client guidelines (brand guidelines, regulatory review guidelines, production guidelines) and processes
    • Proven ability to develop and manage schedules incorporating multiple steps from briefing through to approvals and hand-off for clients
    • Experience in working with/providing direction to studio designers and copywriters
    • Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and meet tight timelines
    • Ability to adapt to constantly changing environment and collaborate with team members who are working in remote/offsite locations
    • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong skills and experience with standard business productivity tools such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Additional software skills with Internal Digital Routing systems an asset
