Our Daggerwing Group Dallas office is seeking a Consultant! You will be a part of a multi-disciplined consulting team working on a variety of clients and initiatives.
As a Consultant, you will assist your manager with developing and implementing change initiatives that enable companies to drive organizational behavior and achieve business results. The successful candidate will have entry level organizational development / communications background with experience in things such as strategy development, leadership behavior and talent management, culture change, communications and organizational processes and structures. You are exposed to a broad range of industries, clients and business issues that will enhance your business acumen and enable you to continue to build valuable problem solving skills.
