    Our Daggerwing Group Dallas office is seeking a Consultant!  You will be a part of a multi-disciplined consulting team working on a variety of clients and initiatives. 

    About the Job

    As a Consultant, you will assist your manager with developing and implementing change initiatives that enable companies to drive organizational behavior and achieve business results. The successful candidate will have entry level organizational development / communications background with experience in things such as strategy development, leadership behavior and talent management, culture change, communications and organizational processes and structures. You are exposed to a broad range of industries, clients and business issues that will enhance your business acumen and enable you to continue to build valuable problem solving skills. In cooperation with your manager, you will assist with development and delivery of solutions that may include:

     

    • Designing/conducting organizational and functional assessments, analyzing data, producing and presenting final reports
    • Work with Sr. Consultant on workforce communication and engagement strategies
    • Work collaboratively with team on any projects relating to: Internal branding and employer value proposition strategies, messages and programs
    • Assist with communication, engagement and change impact measurement strategies and implementation support
    • Assist with internal branding and employer value proposition strategies, messages and programs
    • Participate in workshops and strategy sessions at all levels in an organization
    • Executing the day-to-day project work for multiple clients. Work with your manager to complete client work, and other times you will play a part in design data-gathering instruments (e.g., focus group protocols, interview guidelines and surveys) to meet project objectives.

    Qualifications

    • Advanced degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Communications, International Management or comparable experience
    • Practical experience in organizational effectiveness, change management and internal communications consulting and in developing clients and new business is a plus
    • Experience working in a client-oriented, professional services environment with Fortune 500 organizations preferred
    • General knowledge of business fundamentals, corporate strategy and organizational issues
    • Strong communication and personal interaction skills
    • Solid analytical and problem solving skills combined with a creative or visionary mindset
    • Ability to distill complex information into key themes. Recognizing nuances in the data and using that data to tell a compelling story for the client
    • Comfort dealing with ambiguity and multi-tasking demands
    • Ability to contribute individually and as a team member
    • Strong work ethic with a commitment to high quality and service excellence
    • Entrepreneurial spirit
    • People development experience
    • Project management experience
    • Position requires travel as needed for project work
    • Flexibility and mobility for what is required by the project set-up and available for client on-site work whenever required
