  • Overview

    Managing Consultant (Daggerwing Group Inc.)

     

    Use strong communication skills (oral and written) to work directly with clients to develop change, company culture, and internal engagement strategies, as well as plan implementation projects and oversee deliverables. Coordinate multiple work stream projects while overseeing budgets and internal teams. Set budgets, mitigate risk åand manage billing. Identify team member growth areas and opportunities for development. Coordinate with creative directors to design and implement creative campaigns including experience design. Lead meetings with clients and internal teams. Develop business by networking, establishing relationships with potential clients and applying knowledge of client growth and planning strategies. Oversee use of staff and resources across multiple clients. Leverage analytics and experience to counsel clients and anticipate needs. Drive ideation and brainstorming sessions to develop unique ideas and find solutions to complex problems. Identify internal and client facing research needs to support deliverables, projects, assigns and oversee research efforts of junior team members. Develop and retain talent through formal coaching and feedback.

                                                              

    Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree or U.S. equivalent in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Communications, International Management, Psychology, or a related field. Must have 5 years of experience applying the concepts of change management (including Readiness Assessments, Communication Planning, Resistance Management and Training Development) and internal communication to enhance employee and client engagement. Must also have the following: 3 years of experience in improving or fixing a particular component of a clients business as a consultant in the fields of change management and internal communication. 3 years of experience managing budgets, timelines and projects. 1 year of experience completing business development tasks (including preparing request for proposals, pitch decks and pitch materials, networking, and upselling). Any experience applying the Design Thinking methodology to improve internal and external processes. In lieu of a Bachelor's degree plus five years of experience, the employer will accept a Master's degree or U.S. equivalent in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Communications, International Management, Psychology, or a related field plus 3 years of experience applying the concepts of change management(including Readiness Assessments, Communication Planning, Resistance Management and Training Development) and internal communication to enhance employee and client engagement. Must also have the following: 3 years of experience in improving or fixing a particular component of a clients business as a consultant in the fields of change management and internal communication. 3 years of experience managing budgets, timelines and projects. 1 year of experience completing business development tasks (including preparing request for proposals, pitch decks and pitch materials, networking, and upselling). Any experience applying the Design Thinking methodology to improve internal and external processes.
