    Daggerwing Health is seeking a Digital Project Manager with a background in consumer print and digital marketing to join our dynamic team in New York!

    About the Job

    As a collaborative member of several high-profile accounts, the Project Manager will be a day-to-day subject matter expert for all projects, including creative development of websites, banners, emails, apps and CRM programs. The Project Manager will also be responsible for managing digital builds, overall elements for data capture and performance analytics, and select QA/QC.


    The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital, dedicated to providing exceptional client service, and committed to contributing to a strong and positive team experience.


    This position will be based in New York and will require some client related-travel.


    • Serve as the primary point of contact with programmers to coordinate asset releases, programming schedules, and problem solve any programming challenges
    • Manage digital projects once in programming stage to ensure all client deliverables are met
    • Coordinate agency creative/UX/account teams to ensure capabilities exist in current platform and creative adheres to best practices and client guardrails
    • Serve as primary contact for multiple vendors involved in CRM development and manage full end to end timeline including database partners, email deployment vendors, call centers, and text message vendors
    • Provide QA/functional review of websites, emails, and banners including providing programming change logs
    • Create/maintain site map, URL matrix, email checklists, functional and CRM business documents
    • Demonstrate proactive thinking by anticipating account/client/digital needs and provide digital best practices and innovations
    • Participate in client presentations, status meetings, and all meetings regarding digital assets
    • Learn and master all proprietary agency and client systems, workflows, and processes related to day-to-day management of digital assets
    • Gain working knowledge of consumer pharmaceutical and client sites, and CRM programs
    • Contribute toward building and maintaining strong, positive client and partner relationships


    • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4-year college/university
    • 2+ years healthcare agency experience, preferably in project management, account, or digital role
    • Experience in DTC advertising (campaign development, print, and video)
    • Proven ability to manage schedules and juggle priorities, with a focus on meeting key deadlines within client budgets
    • Direct client contact experience
    • Experience working with external partners
    • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks  
    • Experience delivering high-quality projects on time in a fast-paced environment
    • Experience in CRM, email, website, or banner programming preferred
    • Experience working within a multi-agency team
    • Interest in and enthusiasm for the position, company, digital, and industry
