Daggerwing Group is currently looking for a Senior Administrative Coordinator for our Toronto office!

About the Job

Working in the heart of Toronto’s marketing and advertising district, you will have the opportunity to leverage the skills you have developed by working directly with the Global CEO and the President of the company, while also managing a dynamic office with growing consulting and creative teams. The position offers a casual, supportive and youthful work environment with a strong, employee-led culture.

  • Co-ordinate CEO’s and President’s schedule, meetings and travel arrangements.
  • Manage CEO’s and President’s emails and flag priority action items.
  • Organize and submit expense reports of the CEO and President.
  • Attend executive meetings and take transcripts.
  • Plan and book travel for all team members.
  • Maintain office supply inventories with respect to budgets.
  • Assist the Accounts Payable Team with invoice processes.
  • Create, review, update office policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for mail reception, distribution and shipments.
  • Plan company training and team building events.

  • Positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and is open to constructive feedback.
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivation.
  • Excellent time management skills with proven ability to multi task.

Ideal Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency in Apple products, MS Office, Outlook preferred.
  • Previous experience in hospitality is an asset.
