As a Senior Consultant, you help to develop and implement change initiatives that enable companies to drive organizational behavior and achieve business results. You are exposed to a broad range of industries, clients and business issues that will enhance your business acumen and enable you to continue to build valuable problem solving skills.
As a Senior Consultant, you effectively design data-gathering instruments (e.g., focus group protocols, interview guidelines and surveys) to meet project objectives. You participate in primary research efforts, taking the lead on various activities with supervision. You review work for quality assurance, ensuring client readiness standards are met and provide guidance to Associate Senior Consultants and Interns. You are responsible for client management and lead regular meetings. In addition, you support new business activities under the guidance of senior team members including opportunity identification, proposal development, and pitch execution.
