As a Senior Consultant, you help to develop and implement change initiatives that enable companies to drive organisational behavior and achieve business results. You are exposed to a broad range of industries, clients and business issues that will enhance your business acumen and enable you to continue to build valuable problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Designing workforce communication and engagement strategies and developing content including tactics and key messages
  • Developing change strategies and providing implementation recommendations and support
  • Advising senior leaders on how to effectively lead during transformations
  • Developing communication, engagement and change impact measurement strategies and implementation support
  • Developing internal branding and employer value proposition strategies, messages and  programs
  • Creating and facilitating learning experiences including workshops and strategy sessions at all levels in an organization
  • Undertaking primary research and follow up evaluation and analytics

You will lead the project management process for projects and will review work for quality assurance; ensuring client readiness standards are met and providing guidance to Consultant, Associate Consultants and Interns. You are responsible for client management and lead regular meetings. In addition, you support new business activities under the guidance of senior team members including opportunity identification, proposal development, and pitch execution.

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in Industrial/Organisational Psychology, Organisational Behavior, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Communications, International Management or comparable experience
  • At least three to five years of practical experience in organisational and change management consulting
  • Experience working in a client-oriented, professional services environment with Fortune 500 organisations preferred
  • Knowledge of business fundamentals, corporate strategy and organisational issues
  • Strong communication and personal interaction skills
  • Solid analytical and problem solving skills combined with a creative or visionary mindset
  • Comfort dealing with ambiguity and multi-tasking demands
  • Ability to contribute individually and as a team member
  • Strong work ethic with a commitment to high quality and service excellence
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • Position requires travel as needed for project work (generally 20% - 35%)
