You will be a part of a multi-disciplined consulting team working on a variety of clients and initiatives. As a Managing Consultant, you will be the key strategist and client lead/co-lead on projects assigned to you. You will have responsibility over managing your project(s) end-to-end and leading Project Teams comprised of Consultants and/or Senior Consultants to deliver against client needs/deliverables. Daggerwing Group is a horizontal organization – everyone plays an active role in meeting client needs regardless of the task, which means at times you may be driving all elements of a project. Finally, you will be required to act as a mentor, guiding and supporting the progression of junior team members and contributing to the company culture. This position can quickly lead to fast progression/heightened leadership opportunities within the company.
